Each summer Nordstrom has an amazing sale!  Why so amazing?

Well, Nordstrom marks down brand-spanking-new fall items, including brands that rarely go on sale.  After the sale, prices go back up.

So this sale is a great opportunity to score some fresh items for the upcoming fall season at great prices!  

Take a look at this year’s plus size sale items.

And as always, remember that Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns all day, every day!

Key Dates

Early Access is a special perk reserved for Nordstrom cardmembers.

Your Nordy Club level is based on yearly spend amounts, though all cardmembers automatically start at Influencer status.

You can only shop Anniversary Sale Early Access as a cardmember.

• July 11: Early Access for cardmembers with Icon status.
• July 12: Early Access for cardmembers with Ambassador status.
• July 13: Early Access for cardmembers with Influencer status.
• July 17: Anniversary Sale opens to the general public.

Get a Nordstrom Card to Shop Early

Of course, if you don’t have a Nordstrom card, you can apply for one online right now.

And you don’t have to wait for the card to arrive in the mail to start saving.  You can start shopping the sale as early as July 9th!

Plus, you get $40 to use at Nordy’s at a later date if you use your card the day you are approved!  Woot!

Outfit 1 Details

A plus size houndstooth suit is classic and versatile.

I especially like the style of this jacket with color blocking detail.

It’s a very flattering cut.

Really set it off with some low heels in dark orange patent leather.  Love these!

If the 1.5″ heel is too much, see these orange flats or these.

Add more color with these statement earrings in orange and pink.  

The black handbag can be worn on the shoulder or across the body.

Beauty

The NSale has some beauty buys you don’t want to miss.

Like my favorite lipsticks can be purchased in a set of 2 nude shades (one is my favorite nude: Nude Lavalliere) for savings.

This time I paired it with a black silk cowl neck blouse.

If that’s out of your budget, this cowl neck blouse is also on sale!

I kept everything monochromatic except some gold accents, like these adorable gold earrings and the chain detail on the mules.
