And historically, I’ve included several options for those of you in warm(er) climates, called the “Southern Editions.”

But starting in 2018, I created variations of the same look: Warmest, Warmer, Warm, and the Southern Edition.

And based on responses to my Instagram stories and my recent Thanksgiving Outfit post, you want to see them again!

So essentially these are the same outfit ideas with minor details changed to accommodate whatever the weather and temperature might be in your region!

Warmest Outfit Details

This first outfit idea is meant for the coldest climate. It will keep you the warmest.

Layer a beautiful red cashmere sweater over a white collared shirt.

You can leave out the shirttails for a more casual chic vibe or tuck it in to look a but more polished.

I am a fan of layering for warmth and to look a bit more pulled together.

Plus Size Sequin Pants

I paired this layered look with a pair of plus size sequin pants.

No matter your preference, vibe, or budget I found some black sequin pants for you!

How about flares? Or leggings with sequins on the front and knit on the back? I got you!

Plaid Flats and More

Now the pièce de résistance!

Finish the look with some plaid slingbacks. Oh do I love plaid during the holidays!

Accessories

Ok, not that we have cast the star of the show, let’s round out these outfits with some carefully selected accessories.

First, make it bougie with a designer clutch. You know how I do.

I love a wristlet strap, like the one on this YSL clutch. Let’s just say it becomes handy if the champagne is flowing or an impromptu dance party starts.

With me, both are very possible. But keeping it real, I may also be sitting home alone most of the holiday season, so live it up for me, dear readers! I’ll live vicariously!

Warmer Outfit Details

This second outfit idea is for those in slightly warmer, but still cold, climates.

I simply swapped out the cashmere crewneck for a red cotton cardigan.

You can layer it over the same white shirt or a sleeveless version, depending on your weather.

Wear the cardigan open or closed or take it off if you get too warm.

Jewelry

I went a little trendy with the statement earrings.

As I have been talking about for quite some time now, gold sculptural jewelry is hot!

And since you’re wearing sequins, try shiny instead of sparkly for the jewelry.

So I also opted for this watch strap bracelet (check out this similar bracelet for much less).

And a cubic zirconia tennis bracelet.

Lastly, I threw in my favorite gold ring which I wear on my index finger. I love it!

So I went with the same sleeveless shirt and red cardigan combination as the last outfit.

But, this time I swapped the sequin black pants for a sequin black skirt.

“Southern Edition” Outfit Details

This is for y’all down South. I wanted to keep the same vibe, but make it comfortable in warm weather.

I tried to really be considerate of this in the hotter climates by topping this same plus size black sequin skirt with a simple red short sleeve blouse.
