As I said in last year’s plus size sequin dresses post, when I see a sequin garment that I love and available in my size, I snatch it up! Because if you are plus size, sequins are a seasonal phenomenon. This is true to some extent for all sizes, but the market is far more limited when you’re above a size 14. Sigh.
So while it may seem a bit early to think about holiday parties and new year’s eve, it really isn’t! Get them before they’re gone!
Every Size, Shape, and Budget
No matter your size, shape, or budget, this “round up” has you covered. These plus size sequin dresses range in sizes from 4 to 46. Yes, CurveGirl‘s entire collection goes up to size 46! Some of the dresses only go to size 20, while others only go to 24. But don’t worry there are some like, this one, which goes to a size 28, and this one, which goes to size 46.
And some are great for apple shapes, like this one and this one. For tips on picking dresses for apple shapes, go here. These dresses range in price from $29 to $348.

What happens to the short, straight skirt on these dresses when an overweight person sits down? They ride up all the way. Not everyone wants all that to show. I am a senior citizen but love most of what you send out, but not only short , straight skirts. Also, I’d prefer to keep the girls under wraps too to offer a little mystery.
I would love to see fashionable petite plus size; the average plus size woman is under 5’4″, yet the average plus size model is much taller, and the clothes are made to fit her.
I am 5’2 1/2″ and would love to see the option and the image.
Hi Michelle,
I recommend checking out the plus size petite section in my “plus size shopping guide.” Also, consider trying custom sizing from eShakti (they are AMAZING!). And lastly, as a petite person, you may need to find yourself a good tailor to make adjustments on investment pieces. I hope this helps!
I agree with Michelle Brown as I am 5ft 2inches but wear a size 22UK.You’re clothes are beautiful though.
