Outfit 1 Details

You know I love to mix prints!   

So let’s mix ’em: a plus size plaid blazer with a pink and camel striped turtleneck sweater.

Swoon!

Layer these over some plus size wide leg jeans.

J.Crew Sizing

These wide leg trouser jeans are from J.Crew.

In case you haven’t heard, J.Crew now has many items in plus sizes up to a size 24 or 3X. 

Their sizing is comparable to Lane Bryant. 

One thing to note is that some of their pants and jeans come by waist sizing (vanity), so check the size chart below to see which size you are.

Accessories

Top the look with some oversized tortoise sunglasses.

I have and love these sunnies!

As for the bag, I opted for a crescent shaped crossbody bag in a deep chocolate brown.

For shoes, check out these Kate Spade loafers with a pink and red embellishment.

I’m in love!

But, any heeled loafers in a neutral would also work.

Jewelry

As for jewelry, I opted for some trendy sculptural gold hoop earrings.

And went with my classic gold wrist stack.

I included this Tory Burch watch and bangle bracelet.

And I have the featured chain bracelet, it’s great and fits my slightly-larger-than-average wrists.

Try one of the Amazon bracelets for a selection of sizes at more reasonable prices.

Lastly, throw on a gold dome ring.  So chic!

Outfit 2 Details

Both of these plus size preppy outfit ideas are essentially the same but with different shoes.

This second look is the same as the first, but I swapped the loafers for some ankle booties in a dark brown color. 

These beauties have a 2.5″ block heel and also come in wide width.
