Look chic summer into fall with some plus size black ruffled top outfits with jeans.

Start with a black top with feminine ruffle detail at the neckline and sleeves.

Pair it with some white jeans or bootcut jeans.

J.Crew Sizing

These white wide leg jeans and demi-boot jeans are from J.Crew.

In case you haven’t heard, J.Crew now has many items in plus sizes up to a size 24 or 3X. 

Their sizing is comparable to Lane Bryant. 

One thing to note is that some of their pants and jeans come by waist sizing (vanity), so check the size chart below to see which size you are.

Look 1 & 2 Accessories

The first two looks are full of accessories that are so chic these outfits are immediately elevated.

A trendy yet chic straw boater hat and some oversized black designer sunnies are classic summer pieces that add richness.  

A black straw bag with beaded handles adds to the “rich b!tch” vibe.

Lastly, some embellished wedge sandals add extra interest to the look.

Jewelry

And for jewelry, gold classics: thick hoop earrings,  a chunky link and coin bracelet, and a coin necklace.

The hoop earrings featured in this look are made by PAVOI, which I’ve mentioned many times before.

I actually own a bunch of PAVOI pieces now.  I started with a couple of these thick gold hoops in the two larger sizes.

Jewelry Care

These are inexpensive plated pieces so you might need to “baby” them for longevity.

Avoid the obvious: showers, pools, spraying your wrist with perfume while wearing them.

Store them in air-tight plastic bags, if possible.  This will keep the plating from damage and tarnishing.

Perfume

Now make sure you smell as expensive as you look!

I have had this perfume brand, Dossier, on my “to try” list for quite some time.

I just ordered a bunch of their scents.  And so far, I love them! 

For this look, I chose their “Floral Ylang Ylang,” which is inspired by one of my favorite scents: Chanel’s Gabrielle.

Oh la la!  An amazing luxury scent at a fraction of the price!

Look 3 & 4 Accessories

Continuing with the theme of “rich” but throwing in a little rock n’ roll, these next two looks have a bit of edginess.

Cateye sunglasses, studded chain earrings, and a gold cuff bracelet add rocker-chic vibes.

The large clutch bag makes me swoon.  I actually have this bag in grass green and I am obsessed!

It looks so chic with quilted leather while also giving off a punk aesthetic with a thick curb chain strap.

Comfortable, chic, and edgy in one sandal?  Yep!  Check out these studded footbed flat sandals.
