A plus size black spring work outfit because sometimes you’re just in the mood to wear a lot of black.  Amirite?

My closet has way too much black in it, but I also LOVE wearing black.

So why not rock an almost all black business casual outfit to the office?

Outfit Details

Start with a short-sleeved cashmere t-shirt in black.

I included these cropped trousers  in my Plus Size Spring Work Capsule.

Add a skinny black belt if you please and a black satchel handbag.

And add some cap toed flats for a really preppy look.

Accessories

Top the look with these designer black sunnies.

Or try these, which I have and look quite expensive but aren’t.  (I have and love them!)

Add some twisted gold hoop earrings.  Or try these for a more affordable option.

And then I went with my classic gold wrist stack.

I included this Tory Burch watch and bangle bracelet.

And I have the featured chain bracelet, it’s great and fits my slightly-larger-than-average wrists.

Try one of the Amazon bracelets for a selection of sizes at more reasonable prices.

And finish the jewelry with a gold dome ring.

Perfume

Now make sure you smell as amazing as you look!

I included Chanel’s Gabrielle, which is such a “rich” floral fragrance.

If it’s over your budget, I highly recommend you try the Dossier version.

I ordered a bunch of their scents.  And so far, I love them! 

I own their “Floral Ylang Ylang,” which is inspired by Chanel’s Gabrielle.

And I think it’s great.  In fact, I used the entire bottle already!  

For me, that is really saying something.  It’s a great “every day” scent.

Oh la la!  An amazing luxury scent at a fraction of the price!

Lip Gloss Stick: A New Fave

I know that I used to talk about my favorite lipsticks all the time… and then YSL discontinued it.  Gasp! 

But these YSL Loveshine Lip Oil Sticks are the same formula with a new scent!  I ordered and tried my favorite shade, Nude Lavalliere, from Sephora. and can confirm they are the same!

However, I also tried this YSL lippie “Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick” in “Showcasing Nude” and must say that I like this formula better.  Double gasp!

It seems to be as moisturizing as the Loveshine Lip Oil Sticks but with a better glossy finish.

They don’t last very long on the lips, but the moisture does, for sure.

Anyway, I know they are crazy expensive!  Like, ridiculous.  But, they are SO good!

If you’re in the market for a bougie splurge, maybe give them a try?
