Plus Size Boho Summer Dress Outfits
A straw fedora is the ultimate boho summer accessory. Keep the sun out of your face with a wide brim while keeping your head cool with natural fibers.
Add some statement geometric sunglasses with gold accents because I like a little bougieness with my boho, mkay?
Next comes the ultimate accessory, the statement beaded earrings. Again, bougie + boho = my jam.
Layer on some gemstone necklaces.
And add a beaded clutch for good measure.
Throw on some platform sandals to make this look a great option for day or night.

I have a question! The strappy dresses: would you see putting a t-shirt or some other shirt underneath? I am now almost 61 and feel self-conscious about exposing that much skin! Also I want to wear a bra and don’t feel supported enough with a strapless bra. Suggestions?? Helpful tips??
Hi Vicki,
If you really want to add a little undershirt, try a white tee with a crewneck and cap sleeves like this. Better yet, I suggest a kimono topper like the ones I show/link to above. I also linked to some toppers with shorter sleeves if that’s an issue.
As for the bra issue, which I think would only be a problem for the first dress (the others have enough coverage to not show straps), I linked to some alternatives that have more coverage (see the “similar” links” above).
But, I can also suggest these 2 multiway bras, which I highly reccomend you try if you haven’t already: Bra 1 or Bra 2 (or here). I hope that helps!
Love these! Outfit #1 is my favorite and although the shown color is sold out in my size, they have my favorite color, navy blue in my size. The accessories complement it well and I do like that you gave some kimono ideas for arm coverage. Also would look great with the traditional button up shirt, with tied tails. Thank you so much. I really like the comfortable boho look.
That command of color that you have, is truly one of a kind!!! No one has been able to do what you do with colors, textures, trends. You got it going on girl!!!!
Keep it up!!
