Email Subscribers Update

Hey guys!  You might remember that back in August I made some changes to the blog’s email subscription format.

I know no one is a fan of the current structure and I had hoped to have my newsletter set up and runnning by now.

Please know that I am trying!  It’s much more complicated than it might seem. 

Without getting into unnecessary details, neither myself nor the people I hired were able to make the full transition.

Time and money spent later… and nothing to show for it.  I’m very frustrated and I am sure you are too.  

In the new year I am going to prioritize this and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Outfit Details

These plus size faux leather leggings (here or here) are very well-reviewed with 4.5/5 stars.

It’s not surprising, considering they’re made by Spanx and offer the control that anyone can use when wearing a legging! 

Some reviewers even reported that these leggings “hid” their cellulite.  What!?!

Sizing

They run a little small, but keep in mind, much like Spanx shapewear undergarments, they will be a pain in the a$$ to put on but that’s what you need to keep everything snatched!

They are a support level 2, which is mid-range for Spanx, which offer 3 levels of support.

So, you’ll want them to be tight. 

Something to think about when you’re evaluating the fit.

Also, you should probably size up, especially if you are apple-shaped. 

If you experience any rolling down at the waist, getting the next size up should fix that.

Accessories

Make this outfit on-trend with some lug-soled boots. 

I chose these platform Docs.  So 90s!  I love it!

Add a black beanie to keep the 90s feeling going.

Jewelry & Beauty

As for the jewelry, I went with black metal baubles.

Some pave black hoop earrings go with this studded leather bracelet and crystal cuff.

And this Michele watch with black diamonds is so stunning I think it might have replaced the Michele Deco on my wishlist.

Complete the look with a signature scent like Chanel’s Coco Noir, a warm woodsy fragrance that is perfect for winter.

And lastly throw on some tinted lip balm for a little color and moisture during those dry winter months.
