Plus Size Fall Work Capsule 2024 – Part 3
As Always, a Disclaimer
Let me preface this with what I regularly say when creating a capsule: I am NOT a minimalist.
If you’re looking for a minimalist capsule, I’m not your girl.
I am an unapologetic clothes horse. Every closet in my house, plus a spare bedroom, plus half of my dining room, is full of clothes! (I need an intervention.)
So this is a collection of ‘mix and match’ outfit ideas for fall and winter work wear.
Plus Size Fall Work Capsule 2024 – Part 3
Plus Size Teal Green Suit
So I think, if I have not completely lost my mind from organizing this three-part series (lol), we are left with the chic outfits with these teal green / hunter green pants.
Although they aren’t neutral, they actually look great with all of the pieces in this capsule wardrobe.
And I included a coordinating jacket so that when you need a suit for a presentation, meeting, or conference, you are all set!
Also, can I just say that this jacket is stunning!
Check out those gold button details. Love it!
Outfits 81 – 90
So let’s get into the last of these looks starting with the teal green / hunter green pants and top with a rust color sweater.
I added the same on-trend jewelry from Part 1 and Part 2, like this chunky gold necklace and huggie earrings for a modern take.
Add your favorite black work tote and some designer sunglasses.
Or try these sunnies if you’re on a budget.
You can rock some trendy leopard print mary jane flats.
Next, layer a teal pussy-bow blouse under the sweater for a different effect.
Or switch it up by replacing the teal pussy-bow blouse under the sweater for a black and white striped shirt.
To bring it up a notch change the rust sweater for a coordinating jacket.
Or top the look with the camel cardigan.
Try topping with a teal pussy-bow blouse for a Monochromatic look.
The leopard Mary Jane flats or black flats both work nicely.
Top it with the coordinating jacket for extra elegance.
Either shoe will work with this look.
Or top with the camel open cardigan as needed.
I really like this ensemble with the leopard print flats to add interest and coordinate with the cardigan.
Outfits 91 – 100
Sticking with the teal pants, here are more ways to wear them…
Try topping with a cute black top with peplum-style bottom.
Obviously the trendy chunky gold necklace will look great with this combination.
And either shoe will go well.
Top with a coordinating jacket as needed.
Or swap the chunky gold necklace for a square silk scarf.
Or try these combinations with floral cashmere scarf.
I love how you can mix and match all of these pieces!
Outfits 101 – 108
These look show that you can also wear the other blouses with these teal pants.
Just like this leopard blouse.
Again, I would only do the black flats with this blouse. I don’t like mixing leopard prints.
To accentuate the open V-neck, I added a pearl pendant necklace and some pearl huggie hoop earrings.
I also added coordinating jacket to elevate the look.
You can always swap the coordinating jacket for the camel sweater blazer as needed.
You can also wear this combination with the watercolor printed blouse with ruffle detail.
And I love the femininity of this blouse. It looks great with the pearl jewelry and leopard flats or the black flats are great too.
As always, top with the coordinating jacket or camel sweater blazer as desired.
Outfits 109 – 119
You can also combine these teal green / hunter green pants with the eggplant purple notch collar blouse.
It looks great and the color “pops” with the leopard flats (see complementary colors).
But, the black flats are great too.
Top it with the coordinating jacket or camel sweater blazer depending on your needs.
And add the cashmere scarf for more color.
So if I haven’t lost count, that’s 119 outfit ideas from less than 20 “main” pieces, including bags and shoes.

I have finally finished my Fall/Winter Capsule and I love it! Made some changes as I wear suits most days. Switched the leather pants and cardigan for a dark tan suit. It was such a great inspiration. Just the right amount of color. Thanks Alexa!
