Plus Size Holiday Party Outfits
Plus Size Holiday Party Outfits – The Cocktail Party
This first plus size holiday party outfit is for the cocktail party. Go all out glam by pairing a little black dress with a sequin jacket. Top with elevated accessories like these ultra long crystal linear earrings, a gold minaudière, and a statement cocktail ring. Finish off this sophisticated and chic look with killer heels, like these strappy sandals. Oh and for some shaping help, try these Spanx shorts.
Plus Size Little Black Dresses
Speaking of little black dresses, Torrid has LBDs in cuts and styles for everyone and they all come in sizes 10 – 30! I recently purchased this sequined black dress and absolutely love it! Although I included a bodycon LBD in the featured look, any of the dresses below would work as well. That is the beauty of the LBD: its versatility!

Plus Size Holiday Party Outfits – The Work Party
I love this second look because you can take a basic work outfit (my favorite plus size trousers + plus size cami + my favorite plus size blazer) and simply swap the black blazer for a sequin jacket. Then add some “extras,” like some statement earrings, a sleek bag, and some dramatic makeup, like a glittery smoky eye. And voilà! You’ve gone from boss babe to “appropriately covered, classy, yet intriguingly sexy and ultra confident, office hottie.” If those aren’t holiday party goals, I don’t know what are!

Plus Size Holiday Party Outfits – The House Party
This last look is so me! You know I am all about that sequin and denim life! I could wear this look all. damn. day. Ok, let me calm down. [Deep breaths]. This plus size holiday party outfit is the perfect blend of fun and comfortable. It is perfect for the holiday house party, a low key NYE at the local pub, or any mood in which wearing sequins is required. Am I the only one who has these sequins-required moods? It’s a serious affliction. 😉
Plus Size Jeggings
So for this outfit, I included my favorite jeggings, which I know you have heard me talk about. They stretch, fit like a glove no matter your body type, and hold their shape even if you’ve been dropping it low on the dance floor all night! I tend to size down, but I do like them to be very tight. Go here to see all of the colors and washes my favorite jeggings come in! They are available in five inseam options and sizes 10 – 30.
I choose a babydoll top to cover the mid-section and flare out under the sequin jacket. So flattering. Then layer on the necklaces, so on-trend, and throw on sexy strappy sandals. Lastly, add a trendy clutch and get the party started!

Love these, I am looking at the second and third LBD… there is the wrap and the one that’s gathered at the bust line. Where can I find those?
Hi Lisa,
Thanks! The dresses are linked. You can just click the images in the post. But I’ll add links here too. #2 #3
Thanks for reading!
I love the sequin jacket but it’s out of stock in my size. Any other suggestions?
Hi Bonnie,
Did you see the similar rose gold blazer? If you’re looking for something black, check out this jacket (or here). Hope that helps!
