Both of these looks have the same basics: a plus size tunic sweater, ponte leggings, and a genuine leather crossbody bag. 

These classic and neutral pieces make a great “base” that can be changed with different shoes and accessories.

But the first one is a bit bolder with a bright plaid scarf and neon pink beanie.

I kept the look trendy by adding some huggie hoop dangle earrings, curb chain bracelet, and platform sneakers.

These are all trendy and youthful additions, but I think they can be worn by any age.

Look Two Details

This second look has the same “base” as the first.  However, this time I opted for a less bold scarf and beanie.  Although less bold in color, this scarf is still a statement as it is oversized with a beautiful plaid.

I should also mention that this scarf is from Nordstrom’s Treasure & Bond brand which donates 2.5% of net sales to organizations that work to empower youth experiencing homelessness.

As for the other accessories, I added some designer-inspired sunnies, classic hoop earrings, and lace-up lug booties.

I recently purchased some similar Halogen hoop earrings for myself and found the quality to be incredible.  I treat them so badly but their finish is still in pristine condition.  They really hold up to wear and tear.
