I’m not sure why, but lately I have been loving the idea of mustard and teal or turquoise.  See this post for another example.  So when I saw this plus size mustard dress,  I immediately wanted to add a statement turquoise necklace.  In fact, I think I would prefer a longer necklace, like this one better.  But, if you want an alternative color, a purple-y fuchsia or magenta color necklace would look great too.  I love that color combo for transitioning summer into fall.  And remember to consult the color wheel and this post for tips on how to combine colors.

Unfortunately, by the time I went to post this outfit, the adorable straw bag I featured was sold out!  Gah!  However, I found several great alternatives, like these from Etsy.  See the rest listed below.
