Two plus size pastel outfits with tweed jackets and jeans.
Plus Size Pastel Outfits
Outfit 1 Details
For this first look, I went with a tweed jacket in pastel blue.
It’s layered over a basic white tank.
Then I added some demi-boot cropped jeans.
The jeans are similar to kick flares, but with a slimmer opening.
They hit just above the ankle.
J.Crew Sizing
These demi-boot jeans are from J.Crew.
In case you haven’t heard, J.Crew now has many items in plus sizes up to a size 24 or 3X.
Their sizing is comparable to Lane Bryant.
One thing to note is that some of their pants and jeans come by waist sizing (vanity), so check the size chart below to see which size you are.
Accessories
I went full on rich b!tch with these accessories. Sorry, not sorry.
And although they are a little more “matchy matchy” than I usually go for, I really like this combination.
The blue metallic Tory Burch flats are amazing!
And then an unexpected pop of color with the coral Gucci bag.
Speaking of Gucci, you may have noticed the belt.
Gucci Belts
Both of these outfits feature the same belt: the Gucci Marmont belt!
Specifically, the GG Supreme canvas version.
As I’ve said, I haven’t personally tried the Double G Gucci belts. Sadly, they aren’t large enough for me.
However, they come as large as a size 20 (or 44″ waist)!
See the updated size chart below for choosing the correct size.
Both the thinner Double G Gucci belts and the wider Double G Gucci belts now come up to a size 120!
So these belts are accessible to those with larger waists [and much larger wallets]!
But what if you’re larger than a size 20? Lynn Paullus, a frequent blog reader, said “I bought 2 belts. I took them to a shoe repair shop to have them joined in the back (usually covered by my jacket or sweater). And instantly I have a belt that fits. Ta Da!!”
A great tip! Thanks, Lynn!
But if they’re not in your budget, here and here are alternatives!

More Outfit 1 Details
Some oversized designer sunglasses are always in style.
Sticking to the “matchy matchy” theme I added a blue necklace.
And a blue leather bracelet to the wrist stack.
Plus a stunning blue statement ring.
I added my favorite feminine and floral scent: Dior’s J’adore Eau Lumière.
This fragrance is light making it a great choice for summer. I am terrible at describing scents, so more here.
My Favorite Lipstick
I thought I’d also mention the featured lipstick is my favorite.
As I’ve said, the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-in-Stick Lipsticks are my favorite lipsticks.
I readily admit they are bougie AF and totally break the budget. But they are amazing!
They’re 65% oil and feel amazing on the lips! Not to mention they smell fantastic.
Plus, the packaging is so gorgeous that I actually bought a lipstick holder, like this one, to display them.
And I just can’t say enough great things about them!
The closest lippies I have found at more reasonable prices are L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Shine Lipstick and Sephora’s Rouge Lacquer Lipsticks.
In my experience, these are similar, but they aren’t even close to the decadence of the YSL ones.
Update: Recently someone told me that the L’Oreal’s Glow Paradise Balm-in-Lipstick is a dupe.
I ordered one to try, and I found it really disappointing.
They‘re not very moisturizing and the smell is unappealing (that chemical lipstick smell).

Outfit 2 Details
The second outfit is very similar to the first.
But, this time I went with a white tweed jacket with the tank and jeans.
I kept the same coral Gucci crossbody bag but to make it “pop,” I added some bright aqua flats.
