Plus Size Rodeo Outfit 1

By request! A plus size rodeo outfit which can also work for country music concerts.

I recently got on Instagram Live to ask for content ideas.

Someone said she loved my “casino outfits” and wanted to suggest similar for Texas rodeos.

I love a challenge! So here is one of the looks I came up with.

For Western wear, you can never go wrong with denim.

Layer the shirt over a white tank so you can wear it open like a jacket, half buttoned to add a nice shape, or completely buttoned.

You could even tie it at the waist.

As for the accessories, a cowboy hat and western booties seemed appropriate.

Add a crossbody bag and a belt, which both that western flare.

Finish the jewelry with a large turquoise ring.

As I’ve said, it feels like a modern scent. A bit boho.

Like something you’d wear to Burning Man in case you end up wanting to flirt with a hot EMT in the medical tent after taking too much peyote.

It’s somehow both bohemian and sophisticated.

It is certainly worth a try if you’re in the market for a trendier scent.
