Today I bring you several plus size shacket outfit ideas for fall.
All of these plus size looks are from Walmart where fall fashion has arrived!
Plus Sizes at Walmart
As I’ve said, Walmart offers a great selection of plus sizes.
And several of their in-house brands now offer extended and plus sizing. Woot!
As I’ve been saying for quite some time, Walmart’s Terra & Sky is a great brand for basics and cute trendy pieces, like these plus size faux leather leggings featured in Look 3.
Terra & Sky offers sizes 14W – 26W, with select pieces up to a 5X or 32W/34W.
And these plus size faux leather jeans which are featured in Look 5 are from the Sofia Jeans by Sofia Vergara line.
While that collection typically goes to a size 22, a new plus size expansion of the brand goes up to a 28W.
And their jeans come in short inseams too. Double woot! Woot woot!

The Shacket
Although each of these outfit ideas are a little bit different. They each feature a “shacket.”
So let’s talk about a trend that started last year: the shirt-jacket or “shacket.”
I see them everywhere now! They’re totally ’90s, so I love them!
And Walmart offers a variety of shackets.
Look 1 Shacket
Looks 1 & 2 feature the same plaid shacket from the brand “The Get.”
The Get is relatively new to Walmart.
All of their clothing goes to at least a size XXXL with select plus size items going to a size 4X.
I cannot speak to the sizing because I haven’t tried them yet. They just started offering items in my size.
But, I am going to assume the sizing is similar to that of Terra & Sky.

Look 1 Details
Like all of the other outfits featured today, I chose a graphic tee to wear under the shacket.
A band t-shirt never goes out of style.
However, any plain t-shirt or top would also work.
But I like that rock n’ roll vibe. And I kept it going with an on-trend rancher hat and distressed black jeans.
For booties, I chose a black hiker bootie, which is also available in wide width.
But, a Western bootie or combat boots would also be amazing!

Like I said above, both Looks 1 & 2 feature the same shacket.
In fact, most pieces are the same.
But, I wanted to show you some more options.
So for Look 2, you can see that dark denim also works well, like these super high-rise jeans from the Sofia Jeans by Sofia Vergara line.
And again, to offer more styling suggestions, this time I chose a black beanie over the black rancher hat.
This look screams 90s. And I am here for it!

Looks 3 & 4 feature the same plaid shacket which is also from the brand “The Get.”
As I said above, this brand goes to at least a size XXXL with select plus size items going to a size 4X.
This shacket is a great example because it is available in plus sizes 1X – 4X and straight sizes in XS – XXXL.
Look 3 Details
As you can see, most of the pieces appear in all of the outfits, like this crossbody bag and large gold hoop earrings.
But again, to demonstrate more options, this time I chose some plus size faux leather leggings.

Looks 5 & 6 feature the same burgundy plaid shacket from the brand Jason Maxwell, which offers trendy outerwear at affordable prices.
For this plus size shacket outfit idea I chose some faux leather jeans from the Sofia Jeans by Sofia Vergara line.
They’re available in plus sizes from a size 14W to a size 28W and straight sizes from a 00 to a 22.
And I chose some lace-up booties with red laces and gold details. Love them!
As with all of the other looks, the other pieces are the same.
