You can easily dress up this plus size striped maxi dress or keep it casual.  To dress it up, add some extra sparkle, like beaded tassel earrings and a gold clutch.  Suddenly it is the perfect look for an early evening spring or summer wedding!  For more coverage or warmth, top the dress with a white pashmina shawl.

You can also keep this dress casual by adding simple and trendy accessories, like hoop earrings, a Cult Gaia Ark bamboo bag, which is trending right now.  Fortunately, I found a couple of great alternatives on Amazon, including this one by Miuco, that I purchased last week.  I got the large.  It is beautiful and unless you really look closely (and know what to look for), it totally looks like a $170 bag, but I got it for $44 with free shipping!  By the way, in case you’re looking for more awesome “designer inspired” items on Amazon, you can check out my Amazon shop, which I try to update regularly.

I think the second more casual look would still work for a daytime wedding or just a casual day when you want to look nice.  Top with a cropped white cardigan or denim jacket for more casual coverage.  I recently purchased one of those cropped cardigans from Amazon, which is identical to the ones I have from Modcloth.  The Amazon cardis are a little less money and come in a ton more colors!  Score!
