Outfit 1 Details

Hello, as you know, my name is Alexa and I am a stripe-aholic.

Sorry, not sorry.

As I have said many [many] times before, life is short, wear the stripes.

So, start with this plus size striped short sleeved cardigan.  So stinkin’ cute!

Pair it with some wide leg trouser jeans that come in a standard fit and curvy fit.

J.Crew Sizing

These denim trouser jeans are from J.Crew.

In case you haven’t heard, J.Crew now has many items in plus sizes up to a size 24 or 3X. 

Their sizing is comparable to Lane Bryant. 

One thing to note is that some of their pants and jeans come by waist sizing (vanity), so check the size chart below to see which size you are.

More Outfit 1 Details

Add a skinny black belt if you please and a black satchel handbag.

And add some cap toed flats for a really preppy look.

More Accessories

Top the look with these designer black sunnies.

Or try these, which I have and look quite expensive but aren’t.

Add some on trend gold earrings and a coin bracelet.  So chic!

And finish the jewelry with a gold dome ring.

Perfume

Now make sure you smell as bougie as you look!

I included Chanel’s Gabrielle, which is such a “rich” floral fragrance.

If it’s over your budget, I highly recommend you try the Dossier version.

I ordered a bunch of their scents.  And so far, I love them! 

I own their “Floral Ylang Ylang,” which is inspired by Chanel’s Gabrielle.

And I think it’s great.  In fact, I used the entire bottle already!  

For me, that is really saying something.  It’s a great “every day” scent.

Oh la la!  An amazing luxury scent at a fraction of the price!

Outfit 2 Details

This second look has the same “base” as the first: the plus size striped short sleeved cardigan and the trouser jeans.

But this time, I went a bit sporty by topping the look with a baseball cap.  Any black cap will do!

And finishing the look with some trendy Adidas Samba sneakers, which are unisex, so they should fit wide feet.

Still, I have to be a little extra, so I added this black convertible quilted bag which can be worn as a shoulder bag or across the body.

Jewelry

As for jewelry, I opted for some trendy huggie gold hoop earrings.

And went with my classic gold wrist stack.

I included this Tory Burch watch and bangle bracelet.

And I have the featured chain bracelet, it’s great and fits my slightly-larger-than-average wrists.

Try one of the Amazon bracelets for a selection of sizes at more reasonable prices.

Lastly, throw on a gold dome ring.  So chic!
