Outfit 1 Details

The first look of this collection is a casual outfit idea for winter. 

Start with the plus size navy houndstooth blazer featured in all of these looks.

Layer the blazer over a hot pink cashmere turtleneck sweater.

Add a pair of low rise wide leg trouser jeans.  You can find the high rise version here.

J.Crew Sizing

These wide leg trouser jeans are from J.Crew.

In case you haven’t heard, J.Crew now has many items in plus sizes up to a size 24 or 3X. 

Their sizing is comparable to Lane Bryant. 

One thing to note is that some of their pants and jeans come by waist sizing (vanity), so check the size chart below to see which size you are.

Luxury Handbag

Obviously I’m gonna add a bougie bag: a Saint Laurent Medium Lou Matelassé in coffee brown suede.

It’s a quilted luxurious suede bag with a pull-through chain strap that can be worn long or short.

I want this bag!

But, if you’re like me and it’s not currently in the budget, check out this more affordable option.

Oh you thought it wasn’t going to be pricey- wrong.  Lol.  But, I think it’s a great choice and a nice splurge.

That said, here is a truly affordable option.

More Outfit 1 Details

Top the look with one of my favorite pairs of sunglasses.

I have these and love them!

Add a skinny tan belt with beautiful gold open buckle.

Then finish the look with these warm cognac heeled ankle booties.

They also come in wide width.  Woo hoo!

Jewelry

As for jewelry, I opted for my favorite gold hoop earrings.

I have them in every size and love them!

And went with my classic gold wrist stack.

I included this Tory Burch watch and bangle bracelet.

And I have the featured chain bracelet, it’s great and fits my slightly-larger-than-average wrists.

Try one of the Amazon bracelets for a selection of sizes at more reasonable prices.

Lastly, throw on a gold dome ring.  So chic!

Perfume

Now make sure you smell as bougie as you look!

I included Chanel’s Gabrielle, which is such a “rich” floral fragrance.

If it’s over your budget, I highly recommend you try the Dossier version.

I tried this perfume brand, Dossier.

I ordered a bunch of their scents.  And so far, I love them! 

I own their “Floral Ylang Ylang,” which is inspired by Chanel’s Gabrielle.

Oh la la!  An amazing luxury scent at a fraction of the price!

Outfit 3 Details

The third outfit idea in this collection is for your work place.

Swap the trouser jeans for some navy wide leg trousers.

Layer a navy cashmere turtleneck under the houndstooth blazer for a professional look.

To keep the look profesh and elongate the legs, add a pair of navy ballet flats.

Tieks & My Wide Feet

I was recently gifted a pair of Tieks.

I have wide width feet and typically wear a size 7.5W in ballet flats.

The size 8 fit!  And they are cute and comfortable!

More Outfit 3 Details

The accessories are mainly the same, but I went with smaller earrings: these gold sculptural hoop earrings.

I also added a large tote bag, the classic Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM.

I have and love this bag. 

I went with the GM size because I can fit a lot in it and because I think it looks best on the size of my frame. 

But, it’s just a personal preference.

Outfit 4 Details

As spring comes along, you can still wear versions of these looks for work and play.

In this fourth outfit idea, I went casual with the same wide leg trouser jeans, but I swapped the warm turtleneck sweater for a pink knit tank.

To accentuate the v-neck, I added this beautiful necklace.

Lastly, I swapped the wintry suede bag for a cognac bucket bag.

Outfit 5 Details

This final outfit idea is for work this spring.  

Once again, I swapped the wide leg trouser jeans for a pair of navy trousers.

I added the same pink knit tank.

However, I kept the look a bit “cleaner” for work by removing the necklace.

But, it just comes down to personal preference.
