My “Disclaimer”

I want to prevent some anticipated feedback.  So please keep these things in mind:

• “Budget” is relative.  Some people easily spend $300 on sunglasses, while other people allocate $300 for their annual clothing budget.
• You may be able to find these items elsewhere for less.  These are just some “budget-friendly” finds I have come across.  And I typically don’t link to clearance items because they sell out and then people are disappointed.  Also, I have no way of linking to thrift stores, but obviously, if you want to check out your local thrift stores, I think that is a great idea!
• Recycle & reuse.  As with all of my posts, I hope that you can use the pieces you already have in your wardrobe.  Additionally, I assume that you can reuse all of the pieces below in other combinations with things in your closet to create a variety of looks.  Meaning, I think it is unfair to judge the expense of one outfit as though that is the only way to wear the pieces.

Outfit Details

A chic night out outfit on a budget for spring and summer.

Make a statement in a mostly white outfit with some plus size white flare jeans.

The double-breasted blazer is off-white, but trust me, it will work with this outfit.

Opt for a black underpinning like this ultra-flattering black peplum top.

Then for the pièce de résistance, try these studded black sandals.

I love that they are flat!

Accessories

For the accessories, go all in with gold!

Start things with my favorite gold hoop earrings from Pavoi on Amazon.

This layered necklace is on-trend and has that bad b!tch energy.

A coin bracelet and ring complete the look.

Add some oversized black sunglasses and a chic black clutch.

And boom!  You’re ready to walk in any room.

Beauty

Create a neutral smoky eye with this palette. 

Add some sparkle with a liquid glitter eyeshadow. 

Pro tip: use the glitter as a “topper” or in the inner corners.

Complete the look with a sparkly neutral lip gloss.
