1- Barefoot Dreams Socks or here – I was just talking to another blogger about these socks. She was talking about not understanding the “hype” about the Barefoot dreams cardigans and throws.
I told her I was in love with the brand! I asked if she had tried them and she said no. I recommended she try the socks because they aren’t too expensive and would give her a chance to see what the fuss was about.
I also mentioned that I purchased some “dupe” socks Nordstrom comes out with each holiday season. And while they get the job done, they are nowhere near as soft after washing nor hold up as well as the Barefoot Dreams.
And these socks make a great gift!
2 – Flowers – (similar) Now that many of us are working from home or just “stuck” in the house far more often than we used to be, it is important to really make the space you spend all of your time in feel “special.”
I recommend getting some plants, fresh flower deliveries, or even faux arrangements if you lack a green thumb, like me.
It may seem extravagant, but this post is all about treating yourself.
3 – Ambient Lighting Edit Palette – Hourglass releases a limited edition face pallet each holiday season. And it sells out very quickly each year. And for good reason: they are amazing!
Again, this is a luxury item, no doubt. But, it is an item that if you “treat yo’ self” with, you will have no regrets.
I will talk more about Hourglass powders as #7 is also made by Hourglass. They have this incredible ability to give you that “lit from within” glow.
4 – Earring Rack – (less $ similar) – Why not show off your jewelry? I just got these Kendra Scott jewelry displays or here. They are stunning! I am going to add my favorite pieces to put on display.
5 – Necklace Bar or here – (less $ similar)
6 – Bracelet Bar – (less $ similar)
7 – Highlighter or here – (less $ similar) – Although this is technically a finishing powder, I use the “luminous light” shade as a highlighter. It gives a beautiful and subtle glow. Yes, that “lit from within” look that I love.
The powder is finely milled and never chalky.
It is a really great option if you want to look natural and/or have skin texture or wrinkles.
It looks great on my pale skin but I also tried it on my friend who has an olive undertone and was extremely tan at the time. It also looked amazing on her! So much so that she went out and bought it for herself.
8 – Perfume {sold out} – (Discovery Set) These are the trendiest perfumes that I’ve ever heard of. Everyone loves them! But, they are pricey! Pry-saaay! So, these smaller bottles might be a great way to experience them on a budget.
9 – Lipstick or here – (less $ similar) – I know I have already talked about these a lot. Like, a lot! Lol. But, what can I say? I like what I like!
Anyway, I know they are crazy expensive! Like, ridiculous. But, they are SO good!
They’re 65% oil and feel amazing on the lips! Not to mention they smell fantastic. And I just can’t say enough great things about them!
The closest lippies I have found at more reasonable prices are L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Shine Lipstick and Sephora’s Rouge Lacquer Lipsticks. While both are similar, they aren’t even close to the decadence of the YSL ones.
10 – Masks {sold out} – (similar, less $ similar) These masks are the most comfortable ones I’ve had on my face! Plus, they’re reusable and reversible!
11 – Aromatherapy Candles – As I mentioned, I am currently obsessed with the Defense candle. It is so luxurious and smells amazing with Frankincense, Sage, and Neroli.
It has crystals in with the wax and after you’ve burned the candle, you can keep the crystals and re-purpose the jar as barware.
But, I have to be honest, I love all of these scents!
Aluminate Life was started by a friend of a friend, Dr. Liz Lehman. She makes all-natural wellness products that combine “healing scents with the powerful vibrations of crystals.”
12 – Lipstick Holder {sold out} – (less $ similar) – After I started collecting the YSL lippes (#9), I decided they needed to be displayed. Their packaging is so beautiful and luxe. So, I saw this lipstick holder and decided I must have it! Is that ridiculous? Yes. Treat yo’ self!
13 – Bum Bum Cream or here – Everyone has been so jazzed about this body cream so I decided to purchase the mini size with an equally crazy price tag.
It has a vanilla but beachy scent that I just can’t get enough of.
The cream is decadent. It’s fast-absorbing, but the scent really lingers after you apply it. So I had to buy the big one. I might even buy the body spray because I really want to pretend I’m on vacation!
14 – Dry Shampoo {sold out}- (original) – Not only is this the best smelling dry shampoo I’ve ever used, but it is also the most effective!
15 – Dewy Skin Cream or here – If you have dry skin, this is for you! This dewy skin cream is great to apply before makeup. Makes a huge difference in how my foundation and concealer look. So. Much. Better.
You will not like this if you have oily skin.
I basically use it as a primer, but it is skincare so it is sort of the best of both worlds.
16 – Phone/Tablet Stand – Now that I am doing everything virtually, this stand has been so helpful! This stand works with a phone or tablet and sits on a desk or table.
It has a weighted base to keep it steady and is adjustable in height and orientation for portrait or landscape.

QVC also carries Barefoot Dreams and they have a hooded cardigan that is amazing!! I have one in black & espresso.
You are my favorite blogger! ?
I have the Hourglass Ambient powder and the smaller 4 pan edit, the YSL lippies, and the Dewy cream and agree about all. I just found the Elf Holy Hydration, it’s a pretty good dup for the Tatcha Dewy. But the Tatcha is the best under makeup for sure if you have really dry skin (I do). Ordered three of the Kiyonna over the head masks, they look great and I love the idea of them not hurting my ears as I already wear glasses.
