The industry standard for “wide calf,” is any boot that is 16″ or larger in circumference.
However, if you have a larger calf like me, it’s going to be more difficult to find boots but not impossible.
Petite and Tall Wide Calf
If you happen to have short legs, try these or these.

Wide Calf Boots for Fall 2024 – Extra Wide Calf
I was so excited to see a lot more “extra wide calf” boots on the scene this year.
I noticed Naturalizer, Dolce Vita, and Vince Camuto are all offering extra wide calf boots this season. Woo hoo!
Also, my long time favorite, Duo Boots, still offer custom calf sizes up to nearly 20″ (50cm).
And if you want vegan leather, Torrid is a good choice for extra wide calves.
